With the increased demand for vaccine distribution, a government logistics partner required validation of their cold chain from central warehouse to regional clinics, covering 200+ delivery routes.
We implemented a comprehensive validation protocol using our TempTrack USB loggers on 50 representative routes over 3 months. Real-time monitoring was established at key transfer points using our CentralView platform.
The validation study confirmed 98.5% of shipments maintained required temperature ranges. We identified optimal packaging configurations that extended safe transport windows by 40%, enabling expansion to remote areas.
